Shipping Policy

Every House of Rehya order is packed by hand and shipped from India to your door in the United States.

Order processing

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of purchase, Monday to Saturday. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Delivery to US addresses takes [7–12 business days] after dispatch. Delivery can take longer during holidays, customs checks or severe weather.

Customs, duties and taxes

[All import duties and taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout. You will not be asked to pay anything on delivery.]

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in your shipping email to follow your order. If the tracking has not updated for 5 business days, write to us and we will check with the courier.

Address changes

We can change your shipping address until the order is dispatched. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect it.

We do not ship to PO boxes or freight-forwarding addresses.

Lost or undelivered orders

If your order is lost in transit or never delivered, we will refund the full order amount or send a replacement, whichever you prefer.

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

Damaged on arrival

If your order arrives damaged, see our Return & Refund Policy. You have 7 days from delivery to tell us.
